1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

    We are trading company with own factory. We maufacture ceramic borders and small floor tiles and we cooperate with other superior factories as well.

2. How can I know your quality?

    Clear and detailed photos and also test video can be offered to help you have better understand of our quality.

3. What's your Moq? Do you accept small orders?

    Our product's Moq is 1x20"fcl container.As for the small order, we will check if we have in stock.

4. Can you manufacture due to our own designs?

    Yes, we accept customized designs, you can send us the model designs and we produce for you.

5. Is it possible to have a sample? If yes, when can I get it?

    Yes, free sample is available for your evalutation with freight collect or prepaid. If we have in stock the sample can be offered at soonest, or it takes about 3 days to prepare the sample.

6. What if the tiles broken during transaction?

    When fininshing the quality check, the tiles will be well packed before loading. We will identity the problems and make sure you'll be properly compensated.

7. Which mathord of payments do you accept?

    We accept TT or L/C, 30% deposit paid by TT and the rest should be paied before loading. Western Union is also welcome.

8. What is your delivery time?

     It depends to the quantity you may need, usually the shipment can be arranged during 7-15 day after the receipt of the deposit.
