Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in No.21, Maluan Rd. Xinglin Town, Jimei District, Xiamen, China, which is about 30min from the International Airport.
All our clients or friends, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q3: What is the material of your products?
A: ABS, POM, rubber and silica gel etc. are used to the cistern fittings, PP and UF for toilet seat covers, PP/Nylon plastics and stainless steel for hinges of seat covers.

Q4: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we can offer the sample of Water taml fittings POM filling valves! But freight or express is on your account.

Q5: How to place the order?
A : We offer the price upon the products you need. Price, quantity and delivery time once were confirmed, we make the deal.

Q6: If any quality problem, how will you settle it?
A: You need to inspect all the cargoes, when discharging the container.
We advise you to certify the claim by third party, or the samples and pictures( original carton) of the damaged products presented, finally your loss will be compensated completely.
All the claims should be presented within 15 working days, subject to the arrival of container.
