Each of these 12-port modules comes with its own cable to connect the shielding with the potential equalization. The advantage is that working on one module does not affect the others. The result is that it has an error tolerant grounding concept.  The fact is, the data lines are individually supported and have individual strain relief, which is familiarized with high performance expectation of HCI solutions.
