Name	Fast open lip die
Usage for products	PP.PE.PC.PVC.PMMA.PET.EVA.ABS.PS.PA.PVB etc. It is mainly used to produce all kinds of plastic sheet.
Product thickness	0.15mm-12.0 mm
Application	Products are widely used in various packaging; stationery, printing, pharmaceutical, building, decoration, advertising, transportation, industrial applications and so on.
Characters	Adjust the lip gap on line: Fast lip open system will shorten the thickness adjustment time apparently, compare to ordinary adjustment time around 20 minutes, the fast lip open system can finish the adjustment within 2 minutes none stop the line.
	Flexible lower lip fast open adjust system, range between 0-6mm, upper lip flexible for fine adjustment, tolerance can be controlled within 2%;
	Manual or automatic deckle systems are available; Die lip open indicator, make operation more precise, more convenient. Improved die lip adjusting system can protect die lip and roller as well as the operator.
	Restrictor bar as an option;
	Die lip is more closer to the roller, thus reducing moulding time, and improving product quality.
	Inner self-lubrication system effectively avoids wear-out of the components, and save timely maintenance;
