Natural gas / heavy oil dual purpose burner

This burner is specially used for asphalt plant and used natural gas / heavy oil as fuel, it is widely used on asphalt plant.

Features:

1. Combustor adopts double-deck structure, which ensure the long service life when using the high-energy fuel;

2. The oil spray nozzle is designed at the center of combustor, and the natural gas spray nozzle is designed at the round of combustor, and adopts muti-pipes, double-deck structure which makes spread mixture burning better;   

3. Heavy oil burning adopts advanced medium atomization technology, adopts frequency converter to control the air blower and oil pump, and with the features of FRD-JZ series heavy oil burner;

4. The natural gas burning adopts half premixed dispersive combustion, burning stability, no temper, and have the features of FRD-TR natural gas burner;

5. With safety protection measures, such as high and low voltage protection, gas leak detection, automatic flame monitoring, automatic purging, fault quickly cut off; 

6. Oil supplying system adopts independent components, which makes installation and maintenance more quick and convenient; 

7. Adopt burner ignition, there is no instantaneous shock when ignition, the flame stabilization
