Batch Hot Mixer Asphalt Plant

Batch Hot Mixer Asphalt plant mainly including burning system, vibrating screen system, cold aggregate supply system, electric control system and drying drum.

 

 

 

 

Batch Hot Mixer Asphalt plant is one of the most popular products of Dayu for the high efficiency and excellent quality.
Both the integrated storage bins (HLB Series) and separated storage bins (LB Series) fall into the general category of large asphalt plants for the different location of the finished storage bins. Production capacity ranges at 40~480T/H.

Drum Hot Mixer Asphalt plant 

 

Dayu DHB series Drum Hot Mix Asphalt Plant mainly including burner,drying and mixing drum,water dust catcher, bitumen supply system ,electric control system.

Single drum mixing type asphalt plant, to continuously produce asphalt mixture.

For the burner: oil burner,gas burner and coal burner types.

Mobile and stationary two types design.

Output:20-100TPH.

Chile's client Mr.R.Z. booked 1set drum hot mix asphalt plant DHB-20, 20t/h, from us in the end of January,2013.Our production cycle is about 20 days, so this plant was shipped from our factory to Qingdao port on Feb.26th,2013, And it will arrive in Valparaiso port maybe on April 4th,2013.

 

Warranty Period :   12 months since delivery the machine .
