Working principle:
Dynamic slow down to spindle,installed in the spindle of squeezer with rotation, screw the oil between
constantly advancing, because the chamber and the space between the squeezer reduced gradually,
and the density of oil increase, so the pressure is gradually increasing.
In the process of pressing, because the machine is selfheating, increased the temperature of principal
machine by automatic temperature control device,and thereby reduced labor intensity,the body's wear,
saving of labor, saving electricity and time saving.Between the oil particles ,friction in oil plants and parts,
produced the quantity of heat.
This constitutes two essential factors in the pressure of pressing and the process of heating, destroyed the
histocyte of oil plants, then oil overflowed from the oil line, meal will be pushed out between its head and
mouth.When overflowing oil inflowed through the oil pan into oil filter barrel, the air in the barrel will be
pumped out by the vacuum pump.Negative pressure will be formed in the barrel,oil will be pumped into
barrel through the filter cloth,and scraps was isolated on the filter cloth, and what we got is the pure oil.
