Activated carbon desulfurization is a sulfur-containing material appearance was brown yellow, 

odorless,  nontoxic, internal pore structure developed, large specific surface area, 

adsorption ability of a class of  microlitic carbon material, is a commonly used adsorbent.

Performance Feature: 

1.Large specific surface area, high adsorption value. As loading titanium cobalt sulfonated activated carbon, requirements of methylene blue adsorption to high, middle hole developed, load more 

than ordinary active  carbon. 

2.Good strength, not fragile. Due to load titanium cobalt sulfonated activated carbon in the fixed bed, 

to undergo  repeated stress test, immersion, so the requirements of strength is high, particles are 

preferably natural shape. 

3. Ash low impurity content. In order to ensure the smooth chemical reaction catalyst, to minimize 

carbon in ash, metal ions and other impurities content. Improve the utilization rate of activated 

carbon pore. 

Mainly application:

Activated carbon desulfurization is widely used in gas, liquefied gas and other sources of hydrogen 

sulfide and organic sulfur removal of fine. In use with convenient operation, high degree of purification, 

small bed layer resistance,  strong adaptability, removal of hydrogen sulfide and organic sulfur capacity, 

high speed. It is a new and high efficient  gas catalyst at normal temperature, atmospheric pressure, 

can maintain a high activity and capacity.

Production Process:

25/50 kg plastic woven bags or paper bags.

One ton bag with one pallets, Can also according to customer requirements.

Matters Need  Attention:

1. The activated carbon, in the process of transportation, should prevent mixing with hard material. 

do not step on it, in case of carbon particle breakage, affect the quality.

2. Storage. It is groove adsorbent, so in the process of transportation storage and use, it should 

absolutely prevent water immersion, because once flooding, a lot of water is full of activity space, 

the activated  carbon will lose its effect.

3. Prevent tar material. In use process, should be prohibited from tar class material to the activated 

carbon bed, lest jam activated carbon, lose its adsorption. 

It is better for decoking equipment to purify the gas.

4. Fire. Activated carbon during storage or transportation, avoid direct contact with fire, in case of fire, 

into the oxygen and regeneration completely avoid when activated carbon regeneration, regeneration 

after have to use steam cooling down to under 80 ℃, otherwise the temperature is high, meet oxygen, 

activated carbon combustion.
