Specifications

 

1) Cylinder Body: ASTM6005 Die-casting cylinder adopt hard anodized

    aluminum alloy, the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin with high corrosion resistance;

 

 

 

2) Piston: Twin piston rack piston, adopting the aluminum hard anode oxidation or cast steel galvanized processing, Installation position is symmetrical, operation quickly, long service life, simple reverse the piston can change the direction of rotation;

 

 

 

 

3) Output shaft: Nickel plated alloy steel, high precision one-piece output shaft

    accord with NUMUR/ ISO5211/DIN3337 standard;

 

 

 

4) Stroke adjustment: Two independent travel adjustment screws can be convenient and accurate +-5°

    for switch to adjust the ‘OPEN / CLOSED” position;

 

 

 

5) Bearing and Guide plate: With low friction, long life, compound material, to avoid the direct contact with the metal to metal, simple and convenient maintenance and replacement.
