Tightening tool screw lock nut types
This tension nut is used to tighten loose joints.
The nut completely covers the outer screw surface with a tight, compressed grip, creating strong, gripping friction on both sloping sides of the screw cap and eliminating any slackness.
Employing a tightening mechanism allows the part to be used on a wide range of devices.
A newly-developed lock nut. Not only does it prevent slack joints, but it also comprehensively resolves a range of problems such as slanting or internal shifting of the screw axis.
1. Benefits of circular connection: tapering and inner guide ring concavity enable this piece to create strong friction and grip very tightly compared to the typical tightness of male and female screws.
2. Covers the entire outer screw cap for strong surface coverage. The tapering creates pressure to adhere tightly in a perpendicular fashion to the inner axis of a male screw. By completely covering the outer slopes of the screw cap, the piece generates a tight friction bond and completely stops slippage.
3. Applies an even load to all sides of the screw cap. The nut evenly grips all sides of the male screw, ensuring that there will be no vibration. Further, because the grip is perpendicular and not derived through a spiraling connection with the screw axis, this piece restricts slanting and bending. The tapered edges create a tight fit that stays put when the screw axis moves.
4.High-speed screw slackening test

-Test piece was attached to test machine and tested on the following parameters
-If the piece did not slacken after 17 minutes, unwinding torque was measured
Test device: NS-format high-speed screw loosening test device
Vibration: 1780rpm

*This test was conducted such that if the slightest slippage occurred in the bolt, washer, or nut, the test would end.
