2 HOW WE WORK
a. Purifying air buy using air filter to eliminate the dusk and mechanical admixture.
b. Using the air compressor to compress air at a needed point.
c. Using the pre-cooling system to cool the air with normal temperature makes the molecular sieve adsorbent in good condition.
d. After cooling by pre- cooling system.the air is putted into MS system to adsorb the water,CO2 and HC to extend life span of expander,heat exchanger in cold box.
e.Finally,the totally purified air be carrying into cold box to rectify,which separates oxygen and nitrogen product using the different boiling point.
3 ITEMS DETAILS
a. Air compressor and pre-filter system
air is compressed by compressor, which our company specially uses air booster compressor to increase efficiency. the follow is a picture of centrifugal air compressor of our company.
b. Air pre-cooling purifying system
After compression and water separation.air into pre-cooling unit to pre cool.Our company specialized in using waste nitrogen pre cooling system.
c.Air purification system
air enter into the molecular sieve purify system to adsorb water,CO2 and HC,the adsorbers of our enterprise are all used double decker structure,which can adsorb impurity one hundred percent.
d.Distillation system
The purified water are putted into cold box to rectify,after expansion refrigerator distillation of air ,we can get the product of 99.6 %oxygen,and 99.99%nitrogen.
