Ordering your personalized bike wear from Soomom couldn’t be simpler

1. Submit CONTACT US/QUOTE REQUEST form.
Our team member will contact you, explain the process, discuss the design and send the pricelist/issue quotation.

2. Send us your design idea and logos in vector files (.ai or .CDR graphic files) and idea for colors and design requirements. You can send your design, and our in-house designer will finish it.

Custom design is produced within 3-4 days and emailed to you. Any changes required are made and resubmitted for approval– it’s all part of our FREE design service for every order.

3. Request a Sample Sizing Kit. You will receive a sample sizing kit to determine the correct sizes.

4. Place the order. You’ll receive the order form to complete.

5. Approve your order. Complete design and order form are sent to you for approval. To start production 50% deposit is required-by bank transfer. or PayPal.

6. Receive your order. Your custom team kit is delivered within 15-20 working days. Remaining payment balance is required prior to delivery.

If you need an earlier delivery date, please tell us before starting the design process.

What is your business range.

Do you have a price list?

 In custom apparel, prices are determined by a number of factors. we would like to offer you a competitive price after know your requirements clearly. 

What is the difference between semi custom and full custom? 

Semi Custom is using one of our artwork designs from our brand, replace our logos to yours. You can change the color according to Pantone code, under the design of your choices.

Full Custom orders are for some customers already have a design or have a specific idea about the designs. our in-house deisgners will finish it for you.

What are your minimums? 

We have NO order minimums. If you only need a few jerseys, it's no problem - we would be happy to work with you!

What is sublimation? What type of ink do you use?

 We use a sophisticated printing process called dye-sublimation which is common for cycling and other sports, and flags as well. The images are initially printed on coated transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design. Then the image is transferred onto polyester fabric using a high temperature and pressure so that the dye turns into a gas and infuses into the fabric and solidifies into its fibers. The fabric is permanently dyed so it does not fade and can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.
