2.If you need make as your sample ,we need receive your sample, then could make the same as your sample, if no sample, you should send us your HD pictures and more information(like material,size ,etc.)for the product you want to produce,so that we can make the right sample .However, if you are our new customer, you should pay the sample fee to us,and when you place order for us ,the sample fee will be given back to you.

3. Payment Terms: 
>>T/T, 30% T/T deposit before production, pay the balance before shipment.
>>100% T/T in advance
>>Western Union (for small amount order less then $1000)

4. Order and Mass Production:

>>We will send PROFORMA INVOICE to you when the order is comfirmed .
>>We will start to have mass production when 30% T/T deposit received.
>>Quality is under the control and supervision during the production.
>>Packing information will be offered when the production finished or comes to the end, it is very important to.

5. Shipping & Handling
>>We don’t offer FREE SHIPPING on most products ,but we will parcel well to save the shipping charge that will be specified once the quantity  is confirmed.
>> Once the payment has been received ,will be shipped to correct and valid address given by you, including the zip code, city name and telephone. If there is any changes in the shipping address, you must notify us before the items are shipped.
>>Mode of transport available are by sea ,by air, by Express(DHL, UPS ,FEDEX, etc.)

A : yes . When Quantity is ok, you can mix colors as you wish.

A : You can directly place an order on our shop in Alibaba web. Or you can tell us the model No of the products you like, then we will send you the quotation.

Q6. How long a sample order takes? How abt bulk order ? 

A : Sample order: including moduel time, normanlly within one week,they can be sent to you.

Bulk order: Usually takes 7-15 days after confirmed payment.
