Melamine Door Skin

This is molded MDF Board laminated with Melamine surface, door thickness: 40mm/45mm, length 2000mm and width from 640 to 1000mm. The Door Frame Set is also wrapped by melamine face. This is an advanced process that all rails of wood grain are horizontal direction. It is a high technology process and let the wood grain to like the nature wood door. Moreover, our embossed groove will be at 8mm or 12mm deep. It is very difficult to process.

6. Wood Grain and or Color: Ash, Sapelli, Mahogany, Teak, White Oak, Red Oak, Cherry, Red Wood, Red Walnut, Black Walnut, Rose Wood, Maple, Wenge, Ebony, Beech, Birch, etc. We may accept your requested color, too.
7. Door Structure: Door panel is made by PU form core to get the better insulation and stable.
8. The Door Frame set may be offered from 14cm to 30cm wall thickness.
