Principle

Bucket elevator type TDTG is one of the most economical means for granular or pulverulent products handling. Buckets are fixed on belts vertically to transfer material. The materials are fed into the machine from the bottom and discharged from the top.

Features

1. The vertical bucket elevator is the ideal type of conveyor for vertical handling of bulk materials and design for conveying the power, grain and block materials, such as coal, cement, block, sand, clay and ore

2. The bucket elevator is allowed to convey materials with high temperature when armed with special circle chain structure.

3. It has the advantages of low lifting speed, less mill stock, convenient dislodging ultra-low processing wastage and auto-tensioning of the dust pan belt.  

Application 

 Widely applied in the wheat, rice, oil seeds or other grain silo storage transferring system thanks to its high capacity.

Also used in flour mill, rice mill, feed mills and other grain processing plant.

Technical Parameter

1. The machine will be packed with the protect film inner and water-proof outside.

2. If the machine less than a container, wooden case packing is necessary.

3. The machine is fixed by steel roper in the container.
