To obtain a beter air circulation, the high capacity fan unit absorbs the air from the fuel unit chimney instead of the direct atmospher so, it generates a higher combustion. Less fuel is used as a result.
The high capacity fan provides a higher buner with the automatic controlled air flow.
The ash exit in the boiler is done automatically in the machines working on the Solid fuel system.
Product feeding system consists of two-pieces, so the transmission system in different angles from the central helix is being movable in dependently of one another.
Machine are equipped with automatic temperature gauge systems.
One of the outstanding features of the machine, the drive system is simple structured. (Do not need a long drive belt)
The system is driven by an electric motor, that has quiet operation and low- power features.

General Characteristics Of Mobile Grain Dryer

For drying process coal is used as the heating source.
The capacity of the drying chamber is 33 - 55 M³ of wet paddy. (Capacity could be changed upon the moisture percentage of paddy)
The drier has an indirect heating system with solid fuel burning oven.
The input heat degree can be seen on the control panel.
Paddy input helix can be folded and 300 mm helix wing and 11 KW electric motor is used.
The center helix diameter is Ø400 mm and turned on with 30 KW electricmotor.
The drying chamber is made as telescopic system and manufactured with stages, it can be upgraded as needed.
During the drying process, In order to have an efficient drying, there is a mixer system inside the chamber for the paddy that goes to the ground.
The burning oven has an automated input feature for the coal flow in order to keep the required optimum heating degree.
Drying chamber's diamater is Ø3900 mm.
Drying chamber's height is 6700 mm.
