However, we will ask for a small amount of deposit in case the investment on new sampling as per your specification request is not a small one. But this deposit will be reimbursed when bulk order fixed.

Q3. What is the lead time for samples?

If we’re not in busy season, you order samples will be shipped to you in 5-10 days.

Q4. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?

Yes, and you have two options:

1) Send your label design to us and we make them for you

2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the clothes( free of charge)

Q5. Can you make Door to Door service? Because I don't know how to do customs clearance.
