Application Range:

1. Stop leaking rapidly in small working area.
2. Stop leaking especially for penetration.
3. Remedy small concreter crack, even can injection into hairline crack.
4. Good for filling the void like small honeycomb crack
5. Seal all dry and wet crack concrete

Polyurethane Injection

Inject IP-11 Flexible Foam Type by using high-pressure injection equipment. Maintain initial injection pressure about 40kg/cm² and keep injecting until waterstop material flows out through fractured spot. Halt injecting for a few minutes when IP-11 Flexible Foam Type flows out grossly between cracks during first packer injection, then injected foam will foam completely and it will become as seal material. For next injection operation, IP-11 Flexible Foam Type will fill up the cracks well enough. After 5 minutes, start to re-inject. You can ignore the chemicals that leaks out little bit, even you can check injection status.

Shelf time:

The materials should be stored inside house at cool temperature.

The shelf life is 6 months from date of manufacturing and in original sealed drums.
