Our product is made from 100% natural coconut shell, no chemical.

We coconut shell into kiln at temperature 900 to 1000 degree C within 5 days in the anaerobic environments. After that, charcoal will be colded by itself within 24-36 hours in the kiln.

We grind kilned coconut shell into small pieces, mix it with botanical adhesive and use Hydraulic press or extrusion machine to make finished charcoal.
