ShanShan products are packed with 1PC per Box then into an export carton with foam. Customized box is acceptable.

LED work light: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights together with next order within warranty or repair it after we get approved from after sales department.
LED light bar: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send replacement parts together with next order within warranty or repair it after we get approved from after sales department .
