The Minimum Order Quantity is no required for our regular items and color, for colorful LEDs (except for cool white), the minimum LED pieces should be up to 1000 pcs, for body of CAMO color, 50 sets are required.

2.     Where do you usually sell your products to?

We not only sell to domestic market, but also sell abroad, such as Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Norway, Austria and other Asia countries etc. 

3.     How about your warranty?

Our warranty is technically for 12 months, if there are some quality problems with our products, we can make you a replacement with next order shipment.

4.    Do you have any certificate for your products?

Yes, we have CE, RoHs, our products have been passed the water-proof tests at the rate of IP67 & IP68.

5.     What is your lead time?

Our lead time is usually within several days for small quantity,  it’s subject to the order quantity that you finalize.

6.     Can you send me samples for testing? How do you ship them?

Yes, we would love to send you samples, but the cost of material and postage should be paid by the buyers. the samples are usually shipped by the express companies which are popular in the world, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT and so on. If you already have an account with one of the above companies, you may ask them to arrange a pick up at our office. Or you can let us know your account number, then we will arrange shipment for you.

7.     Can you accept your order based on OEM or ODM?

Yes, we can put your logo on the products, and customize the models according to your requirements.

8.     Do you have experiences in participating trade shows or exhibitions?

Yes, we usually participate in the Canton Fair and other trade shows abroad.

9.     What about your payment terms?

We usually require 30% deposit against order confirmation; 70% balance should be paid off before shipment. L/C can be accepted if the quantity is considerable.
