1 .using the trantion device,the opening forward,by gluing adjust neck size.
2 .tighten the deflated inflatable ball on the nut,release the gas only to the inflatable bladder retractor.
3 .fill air to the inflatable ball until the patient feel comfortable,push compact gas valve and tight the deflation nut.
4. treatment time depends on patients situation,one treatment usually takes 15-30 minutes and 

do this for 1-2 times per day.
5. when the traction has been completed,release the gas valve and deflated slowly.
