1) Why there are impurities or spots in your marble surface? Do you have pure color material? All our marbles are natural marble, and for natural marble, more or less, there must be some impurities or spots. It is very hard to find one marble in pure color without any impurities or spots. If you do not like, what we can do is try our best to find one marble with less impurites or spots

 

2) How long will I get my fireplace after I place the order? Almost all our fireplace mantels are made to order and usually we do not stock. Usually the production period for 1 unit is 15-20days, and it usually will take another 20-35days to reach your city. So it usually takes 60-70days to reach you after you place orders.

 

3) Marble products are fragile and will your packing be strong enough for the transportation?You do not have to worry about the packing. We have 17 year experiences in exporting and have found our safe way of packing. All our packings are strong enough for any kind of transportation, such as by sea, air, or railway. Last year, we have exported more than 1200 units of packing and no one is broken. So, please trust our packing.

 

4) There are only fireplace mantel in your website, do you have stove or electric heater?We are a factory of marble fireplace mantel, do not produce thestove or electric heater. But we have copperated factories who is professional at these products, if you need, I will send their brochure to you and you may chose what you like.

 

5) Can you send the fireplace mantel to my house?No matter where your house is, as long as we can find it on a map. we can make sure you will receive it in time.

 

6) If I need to get my marble fireplace in a short time, can you make it?Usually we can ask our carvesr to work overtime and use a faster logistic company to arrange the transport to shorten the delivery time. But if it still does not work, we will let you know before you place order. (As you may know, the fastest way of transportation is air transportation. of course, its cost is also the most experiensive.)

 

7) If the marble fireplace mantel is broken when I get it, what should I do?It is not common that you receive one broken marble firepalce, but honestly speaking, it may happen because of some accidents during transportation. Marble fireplace may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but marble fireplace is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the marble firpelace are both broken, it is the logistic company's responsibilty. You have our promise: no matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the marble fireplace is broken, we will try our best to send you a new one in shortest time freely.

 

8) The size of your marble fireplace can not meet my house, but I like its style, can you custom made the size for me?You've come to the right place, if you need custom-made service. We are very good at custom-made marble fireplace. No matter, it is size, style or material, all can be custom made according to your need. 70% of our exporting marble fireplace are custom made. What you need do is to tell your requests details.

 

9) What is your terms of payment and how can I pay you?a) Our most used way of payment: 30% paid by T/T as advance payment,the balance should be paid after the buyer's inspection before shipment.b) Another way of payment is paid by ESCROW (one way invented by alibaba). In this way, you have to pay all the money to Alibaba Escrow first, and after your marble fireplace is on board and I send the exporting documents to you to confirm by uploading on Alibaba. After you confirm, we will get the money. (This way of payment is becoming more and more popular, because customers trust Alibaba)
