4. 1 Driving System
Driving System of planetary concrete mixer consists of motor and surface hardened gearbox. Flexible coupling or hydraulic coupling is optional for overload working. The gearbox is specially designed and researched based on advanced European technology with lower noise, higher torque and higher durability. Even in rough circumstances, the gearbox could distribute power effectively and evenly to each mixing device to ensure mixer working normally featuring with high reliability, low cost maintenance and high stability.
4.2 Motion Track
The revolution and rotation speeds of mixing paddles and blades have been studied and tested extensively to ensure a high output of planetary concrete mixer without segregation for different sized aggregates. The aggregates inside the trough are mixed smoothly and continuously. As shown in the picture, the blades track covers the whole bottom of the trough after a cycle.
4.3 Observing Window
There is an observing window on the maintaining door of planetary concrete mixer. The mixing situation could be observed without powering off.
4.4 Mixing Device
Compulsory mixing is realized by composite movement of extruding and overturning driven by rotating planetary mixing arms and blades. Mixing blades are designed in parallelogram structure, which can be turned 180 degree for reuse to increase service life. Discharging scraper has been specially designed to increase productivity according to discharging speed.
4.5 Discharging Device
Pneumatic or hydraulic discharging could be optional for planetary concrete mixer according to different demands of clients. And it could be also discharged manually. The number of discharging doors could be three at most. There is special sealing device on the discharging door to ensure sealing reliable.
4.6 Hydraulic Pump
Hydraulic pump is specially designed to provide power for more discharging gates. On emergency, the discharging doors of planetary concrete mixer could be opened by hand.
4.7 Maintaining Door and Security Device
In order to improve the security of using the concrete mixer, high reliable and high sensitive switches are equipped in the maintaining doors to ensure maintaining work safe and convenient.
4.8 Water Spraying System
The special designed screwing sprayer is installed on the water pipe. The cloudy spraying water could cover more area of concrete pan mixer and make mixing more homogeneous.
