Simble solid surface Characteristics

a) Durability - The unmatchable durability of Simble solid surface makes it a perfect choice for many applications. With the vast array of decors, Simble can enhance any interior application. Most importantly,  100% Acrylic Solid Surface can be repaired and restored to its original condition, unlike other surfacing materials.

 

b) Stability - Thermal Stability solid surface resists change in colour and shape when heat is applied to the material from an outside source, including direct and indirect heat sources. Simble has been tested in the following thermal categories: Heat Resistance / Hot Water Resistance / Weatherability / UV Stability.

 

c) Chemical Resistance - Simble solid surface resists certain acid, alkali and organic solvent without changing colour and composition.

 

d) Stain Resistance - Simble solid surface will resist staining from daily use. (Stain Resistance Report) Simble Products are non-porous material, NSF 51 Certified for Food Preparation surfaces, that can be applied in many applications where sanitation is utmost importance, such as kitchen and bathroom benchtops, hospital & medical applications, hospitality applications, schools and offices. Simble Solid Surfaces can be fabricated and installed in almost any application with inconspicuous seams, making Simble truly "Solid" in Surfacing materials.

 

e) Maintenance/ Repairs - Unlike other surfacing materials, Simble solid surface is non-porous and solid throughout the entire material. These features make Simble solid surface virtually maintenance free and repairable.

 

Finishes

Simble Solid Surface Products can be finished in either a matt, semi-gloss or high-gloss finish.

 

Specifying Simble Solid Surface Products

When specifying Simble Solid Surface Products please ensure you nominate the colour. Note: Substrates suitable for fabricating Simble Solid Sufaces include plywood, Craftwood MR and particleboard. The highest load bearing material is 25mm Plywood.
