1. Are you factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
We are factory, it is a great honor to invite you to visit simble factory.
We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Shenzhen Train station.
2. How long does delivery take?
After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T)
Sample order: within 8 days;
Trial order: within 15 days (QTY<50pcs);
Official order: within 20 days (QTY>100pcs);
20FT container: 25-30 days;
40HQ container: 35-40days.
3. What is the payment term?
1) T/T ; 2) Western Union
30% or 50% (depends on the products) deposit in advance before production, the balance payment before shipment.
EXW paid by USD or RMB cash. We will offer you details on the PI.
4. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Of course, we will do the best to cooperate.
5. Can your factory make customized products?
We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.
