All items have been checked by Q.C. before delivery.
If you have any problems with the items received, please let us know within 7 days after the items have been received. Please contact us before sending items back. The cost of returning the postage and other associated cost should be paid by you. If problem really exists, an exchange or a refund is available after we receive the items in an original good condition! Before returning shipping, please contact us for the returning address. If the returning items are received incomplete or damaged, then the additional charges will be deducted from the refund. 

Besides, please note if the return shipping is caused by a wrong buying. In this case, the original shipping costs and handing fees are non-refundable.
Digital and Consumer Electronics are valid within 3 months for free repair or replace, but the freight of roundtrip should be paid by buyers.
