Surface of Application:

Be applicative in the dried surface sprayed with Doxu Base coat or Doxu 2K finishing coat

2K Curing AgentDX816: 100 Portions

2K Diluents DX601: 10 Portions

Measuring the portions by scale and fully mixing the material in container before use

Spraying Gun, Nozzle, Spraying Pressure:

Spraying Method:

To Spray 3 layers and ensure each layer is dry by touching. The drying time is normally 5-10 min (depends on the mixing and working condition)

Dosage:

Theoretical Value:6-8 m²/L

Note: Practical dosage depends on different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness, spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

DK-800 Clear Coat: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

DX-816 2K Curing Agent: Can be stored for 1 year in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

DX-601 2K Thinner: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
