1, Performance Characteristics

1), Direct type pressurization mechanism , good servo performance , welding speed is fast : guidance adopt the special material of small friction force , electromagnetic valve is connected with the cylinder directly to accelerate reaction speed , improve spot welding speed and reduce air flow loss .

2), Long service life and low noise : with adjustment function of pressurized speed and adjust randomly up and down speed of pressurized head , ease the shock when the soldered object is pressed , it is with the adjustment function of rising buffer and can adjust randomly rising buffer speed , reduce the mechanical impact and improve the service life of cylinder body , and reduce the noise .

3), Security , ease to use : the filter cup of high performance gas path system is equipped with protection cover , which can prevent the fragments from splashing when the cup is broken , or protection from external shock , the cup and cover can be assembled and disassembied , easy to examine and repair .

4), Adopt water-saving type forced cooling mode : adopt circulating cooling water and avoid waste of water , greatly reduce the amount of cooling water .
