Ripe puer, is fermented tea via raw Pu Er during the piling fermentation.

Q3.What is dry storage and wet storage for Pu Er?

Dry storage means the temperature and moisture is strictly controlled by the collector. Moisture should not be over 80% degree and temperature below 37 c degree.

Wet storage refers to moisture over 85 degree and can quicken the post-fermentation for Pu Er. But this storage have been argued quite a lot in China, and regarded as not good way.
