Yes, our factory specializes in manufacturing optical instruments such as astronomical telescope, binoculars, monocular telescope, rifle scope, laser rangefinder, compass and magnifier for the past 12 years, and for Chongqing Imagine Trading Co., Ltd. it is our first year to do international business this year

2. Is there any warranty for your products?
Yes, we offer 12 months limited warranty for our products. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.

3. What's your payment method?
We usually accept these payment methods including TT, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram, usually we accept 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping. Buyers can choose any of the above mentioned payment method.

4. What's your shipping method?
We provide comprehensive shipping methods.
For small quantity orders we send by DHL Air-Express, EMS, TNT Express or DHL express.
For large quantity orders we send by Air transportation or sea transportation, furthermore we can send the bulk to buyer’s cargo agent in China as well.

5. Does your quotation include shipping cost?
It depends on specific trade term. For EXW term, shipping cost is not included.
