1. Do your company give guarantee for the products when purchased?
Two years from the date cargo receipt. Often we will provide extra accessories
for easy broken parts also some essential parts which for repair and replace according to our more than ten years lab projects management experience. We now have repeat orders from different areas, we will also provide free maintenance work during our engineers visits or installation in one area, we will inform our old clients when our engineers visit some countries and area, and see if they need maintenance work.

2. How do we install the furniture?
(1) Have corresponding label on each product of the packaging , it is easy to put and installation.
(2) After receiving the goods, we will send you the installation video or installation drawing, solve any problems for you at any time.
(3) For project whose value more than US Dollar One Hundred Thousand, we suggest to send our senior engineers for installation, especially the lab project relates to air exhaustion system or VAV system which is the most technical one. We will arrange the senior engineers who have more than ten years experience in lab industry and professional and skillful in lab engineering relates to water supply, drainage, electrical supply, air exhaustion system HVAC system. Of course these engineers are professional in foreign lab projects and at least have experience to manage big lab projects in foreign countries.

3. About packing and shipment.
Angle Bead to protect the corner, and then Poly Foam, after that, all the cargo will be packed in 5-ply kraft paper bags/carton with PE Liner, and at last with packing string to reinforced our packing in order to minimize the possibility of damage of the goods.
Packing charge is about 3.5 ~4 % of the total cost of the goods, and we have especially reinforced our packing to protect the good from dampness, moisture, rust and shock.
Cargo are packed in good condition in the container.
