2. Cold Aggregate Hopper

Made of overall steel welding structure, it can store and provide aggregate of various specifications. 

With reasonable structure design and attached vibrators, aggregate can be smoothly provided to the feeder without forming arch. 

Hopper Type:Alignment combined, two conjoined hopper in two groups

Number of Hopper:4 units

Hopper Capacity:8.0 m³(Evening up) /9.5 m³(Stowing)

3. Aggregate Metering System

The high efficiency of the aggragate weighting hopper is incomparable, Operated by the cylinder, the two discharge gates start synchronously with very fast discharge speed, to shorten the cycle and reduce the abrasion of stirring pot,

The brass bushings are used for the pivots of discharge grates to extend it sservice life, 

It is easy to access to the gates through the overhaul door on both sides of the hopper, so the maintenance of pivot is simple and easy.

4. The Combustion System

Highly-efficient coal dust machine uses frequency control for speed and Class III crushing, of which breaking laminas adopts removable alloy steel balde, 

The combustion system itself has oil supply and air supply devices, igniting coal by oil, 

Without ash deposition, with the high alumina refractories of high temperature, anti-spalling and high thermal shock resistence, it has long working life.

The main burner adopts pulverized coal combustion device with mutiple ducts developed by our company. 

It is made up of hearth and pulverized coal machine, motor power: 11+37+1.5=39.5 KW

5.Lifting System

Integrally sealed, it is provided with the doors for observation and maintenance both on the top and the bottom, 

On the top, the pedestrian ladder and platform are prepared, easy to accress to drive system, the feeding groove of hopper edges is reduced, and the equipment keeps clean during operation, 

All hoppers use over-hard wearable lips to ensure long and smooth working performance.

6. Directly-heating Asphalt Tank

The asphlt is stored ij whole tank, heated partly(tank in tank) to make asphalt heated quickly, 

Meanwhile, the repeated heating of asphaltis avoided to further save energy and to ensure the quality of asphalt heating,

Preheating asphalt all high temperature in relatively closed state, greatly decresses the operating procedures, shortens the heating time, saves energy and reduces the production cost of high-temperature asphalt,

7. Dust Remover System

Dust Remover System, two stage dust remover(primary snailed dust remover and secondary dry type bag dust remover) individual bags are cleaned by a compressed air manifold and drainage of powdery dust-50mg/nm, 

Dust remover system is with high/low temperature protection device,

8. Vibrating Screen System

4-6 layers, large screen area, high efficiency, anti-resonance and thoroughly screen,

External control vibrating located outside heating area, 

With access door for easy maintenance and replacement,

Totally bolted frame and swing are adjustable, screen is tested at the factory for 24 hours,

9. Drying Drum

Drying drum is one core part of asphalt mixing plant, it use to dry and heat aggregate, so that the moisture is under 5% and outlet temperature is 140-180℃. The whole drying drum have material-leading area, curtain material area, radiation area, discharging area four parts.

10. Control System

The control system adopts the SIEMENS integrated solution which plays a leading role in the industrial automation field. It also uses the PROFIBUS field bus to form a large and medium-sized distributed automatic system.

11. Bitumen Metering System

 When liquid bitumen is quickly pumped into the bitumen metering tank, the senor with three point suspension will provide accurate signal for weight display, when the bitumen in metering tank reaches the desired weight, the bitumen in pipeline will return to the bitumen tank through a reliable electric three-way value,
