3. Function characteristic

(1)Mechanical coal supply: adopt loader to supply the coal and reduce worker intensity too much;

(2) Auto rotating: the furnace chamber automatically rotates, which will reduce cinder (coal residue) greatly and prolong the fire brick service life.

(3) Auto moving: the furnace chamber can be driven by a motor in the supporting structure; it can also automatically move to adjust the flame;

(4) Auto ignition: it used high pressure oil torch for auto ignition with diesel, which will burn the coal powder in one second;

(5) Real time temperature control: it will adjust the coal supply quantity according to the hot aggregate temperature in the dryer drum exit, and then the temperature can be controlled for real time.

4. The requirements for coal quality:

The calorific power >6500kcal/kg

Volatile content >30%

Fixed carbon content >53%

Ash content<6%

Moisture content <5%

Sulfur content <1%

The coal must be elementarily pulverized, the grain diameter <5mm, and it didn’t include any metal or other things.

Before Sales Service:

1. Answering consultation from users, according to user’s site, help user work out the layout drawing of equipment working area, raw material area and office area.

2. According to asphalt mixing plant’s foundation drawing, three-dimensional drawing and layout drawing, to guide user build the foundation.

3. Training user’s operators and maintenance personnel for free.

4. Inform user the tools and material which will be used for installing and debugging.

During Sale Service:

1. Transport the equipment to user’s site safely and timely.

2. Send technicists to guide the whole installation for free.

3. After 24hours of the cumulative production make qualification transfer for the equipment.

4. During the normal operation of equipment, our techinicists direct the operators and maintenance personnel according to operating procedures (about 7-10days) till operating expertly.
