(1 )The configuration :

1.Bitumen Heating Device 2.Bitumen Conveyor Pump 3.Modifier Crusher Device and Loading Device 4.Fast Mix Polymer Modifier and Bitumen 5. Colloid Mill 6.Modified Bitumen Development Tank 7.Special Stabilizer Additive Device 8.Material Device 9.Electronic Control System

It need one 30t or 50t thermal oil bitumen tank to heating the bitumen until up to 160°—180°.

(2)Bitumen Pump Conveyor

According to the capacity requirement , it will have Screw pump , and the bitumen will be add into bathing tank 1 or batching tank 2.

(3)Modifier Crusher Device and Loading Device

The modifier need to be crushed , so that it can be soften more easier ,and then it will be transported to the batching tank 1 or batching tank 2.

(4)Blending Modifier and Bitumen

Mix the modifier and bitumen ,and heat it until the temperature up to 160°—180°.

(5)Shear and Grinding of Colloid Mill

Screw pipe which is controlled by the efficiency speed control system will extract the batched bitumen modifier to the colloid mill . After high speed shearing and grinding ,output synthesis of modifier bitumen .

(6)Modified Bitumen Heating and Development ,

the bitumen can not be used immediately after shear and grinding , because now ,the rubber ,bitumen can not be a integral . So the modifier bitumen need to be injected 20t or 30t high temperature heating tank , at the same time ,mixing it about 20 hours .

(7)Add Stabilizer
Modified asphalt is added in the development of a certain dosage of stabilizing agent, can make the modified asphalt extend from the fold in the process of storage time, ensure the surname asphalt has good stability

(8)Sending device
Develop good surname available tar asphalt mixing station of heat pump and pipeline, or other device connections needed
(9) Electrical Control
Equipment platform equipped with central integrated electrical control room, the use of electric equipment switch centralized control over the use of various mechanical steps, simple operation, good management

Service

Before Sales Service:

1. Answering consultation from users, according to user’s site, help user work out the layout drawing of equipment working area, raw material area and office area.

2. According to asphalt mixing plant’s foundation drawing, three-dimensional drawing and layout drawing, to guide user build the foundation.

3. Training user’s operators and maintenance personnel for free.

4. Inform user the tools and material which will be used for installing and debugging.

During Sale Service:

1. Transport the equipment to user’s site safely and timely.

2. Send technicists to guide the whole installation for free.

3. After 24hours of the cumulative production make qualification transfer for the equipment.

4. During the normal operation of equipment, our techinicists direct the operators and maintenance personnel according to operating procedures (about 7-10days) till operating expertly.
