This machine is improved from previous pneumatic controlled filling machine, comparing with last version, the machine now is PLC controlled with a friendly touch screen interface, easy for parameters setting and trouble shooting. Most important is that there is a process about oxygen flushing before oxygen filling, all the works are done by the machine, the flush times can be preset as 1-4 times, the default setting is 2 times result in a high purity 99.6%.

There is a single working head seated on the working table, which combines the function of vacuumizing, oxygen flushing, oxygen filling and crimping. It adopts the under cap filling process which result in fast speed, easy operating and stable dosage.
