Question 1: Can I order custom hat with my own design &Logo?

Answer: Yes. There are many different styles for you to choose such as 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, woven label, leather patch etc.

Question 2: Can I order a hat sample first before mass production?

Answer: Surely you can. Pls note there will be sample cost, charged based on your design and artwork.

Question 3: How soon can I get a sample? How can I make payment?

Answer: For sample making, it generally takes about 7 days. While it will take longer for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo.

Payment can be made by paypal, T/T, L/C etc.

Question 4: How can I get my hat shipped if I place the order to you?

Answer: We can send bulk by express carrier, by sea, by air.
