Copper air inductor coil for transformer Description

1  The Heat Resistance temperature ranges from 180- 220 ℃

2  Within same size as round wire coil the flat wire coil is characteristc with light weight, low resistance, high efficiency, low noise.

3. Within same size as round wire coil, the flat coil is resistant to higher current, suitable for wider frequency 1KHZ~5MHZ.

4  The simple structure, the stable performance, the small inside temperature variety of the transformer coil gained a greater heat

     dissipation performance and better magnetic field efficiency

5  The inductance of the flat coil coil can be manufactured from 200uH to 0.1uH , which withstand the 10A to 200A DC current,  

    instantaneous current up to 250A, or even higher.

6   The flat wire coils can support a variety of mounting methods, such as patches and plug-ins.

7   Different types of inductors can be designed according to customer requirements.
