Applying the principle regarding the absorption difference of infrared lights among different body tissues, TR5000 series infrared mammary testers produce infrared lights from the infrared probe and project the lights on mammary. Using the SONY infrared CCD camera to acquisition images, the system processes these images and finally displays the mammary images on the screen to show various symptoms of mammary diseases. According to the difference of shadow darkness, boundary and blood vessel distribution, the following abnormities and their nature can be indicated such as tumors, hyperplasia, inflammation, cyst as well as other mammary diseases.
