Who cooparates with us?
We have stable cooperation with our clients coming from over 48 countries, like Australia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, South Africa, USA and others. They could be classified in five types as below.
Contractors
They purchase 20 to 300 sets of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes from us at a time, depending on the projects. Parts of them also order bathroom vanities, doors, windows and others as one-stop shopping here. With experience in 36+ projects per year, we can meet their requirements well.
Wholesalers
Their main clients are showroom retailers and small contractors, and some of them are renovators, as lots of the local people would like to renovate their kitchens.
Kitchen Showroom Owners:
Usually they have own brands, 30 to 80 showrooms in middle and high end. They import standard size cabinets from us. We have full range of cabinet units available for them, including wall cabinets, base cabinets, tall cabinets, drawer cabinets and others.
Local Factory Owners:
To save labor cost, lots of the local factory owners would purchase the door panels from us, and produce the carcasses themselves. In this way, the prices they offer would be much more competitive than other local factories.
House owners
They would like to purchase furniture and construction materials for their new or renovate houses, as the costs are lower here in China. We offer full range of service to this kind of clients, including measurement guide, CAD/3D designs, material solutions and logistics management.

Q: I don’t have the kitchen cabinet design drawing. How could u help me?
A:
1) Free CAD drawing is available in Ritz.
2) U just need to let us know your kitchen room sizes, window location and sizes, door location and sizes, floor to ceiling height, appliances sizes.
3) A sketch sample can be provided to guide u to give us the above information.
Q: I need to buy all the building materials for my house. How could u help me?
A:
We have two ways to help u.
1) If u don’t have enough time and energy, we could help u find the right suppliers for other building materials. Then we help u handle all of the following trading, quality checking and shipping processes.
2) If u have found the right suppliers, after u trade with them, we could help u coordinate the whole shipping processes.
Q: I never import from China before, how could I handle the whole logistics process? And what’s your package?
A:
1) The easiest way to trade under DDU terms. Then u just need to wait to receive your products at home.
2) Pre-assemble package and assemble package are available.
For projects owners
Q: How could u guarantee the quality?
A:
1) Free door sample will be provided to get your confirmation for quality, color and style before production. We will not begin production until u confirm the sample is ok.
2) We will not begin production until we get your confirmation for the final production drawing.
3)We have strict quality checking processes. Any finished product will go through at least quality checking for 3 times.
Q: How could u guarantee delivery time?
A:
1)We will prearrange production once we come to the final confirmation stage.
2) Make production record everyday to prevent any unexpected issues.
3) Prearrange shipping once the production comes to the ending stage.

A:
1) Provide the exact quality to make sure u could use the product directly when it arrives at site.
2) Ensure exact delivery time to make sure your project schedule will not be affected even by one day.
