Mold fee:  around USD1000  for ordinary melamine plates, bowls, cups, trays, forks and spoons, ashtray melamine tableware,

                 USD1500 for special melamine plates, bowls, cups, trays, forks and spoons, ashtray melamine tableware

Decal way logo fee: USD200 for 1-2 colors logo, USD300 for 3 colors , USD400 for 4color or more.

Silk screen logo fee: USD50 for 1 color, USD100 for two colors!

Mold develop time: 15days

If use our mold with your design or pattern, time is 7days!

Our avaible samples id fee, post cost will collect from your side!

Payment: 30%diposit, 70%payed before shipment

In order to make mekamine products working better for life, the following errors should be avoided:

1 use: can be used in  dishwasher and disinfection cupboard, can not be used for microwave oven.

2 cleaning: Please use a soft cloth to clean, do not use the ball milling and wire and brush, so as to avoid injuries.

3 disinfection and preservation

When using disinfection storage, please use the hot air storage library, the temperature within the library, set to 85 ~ 80 degrees Celsius, up 20 to 30 minutes or so.

In particular, hot air blowing near the exit, will become very hot, please note.

Please boil disinfection, the time set for 5 minutes, long time boil tableware, the tableware surface color to white.

4 prohibitions

Don't fire, or close to the fire.

Please avoid giving the temperature change rapidly in hot conditions or impact, so as to avoid rupture.

Do not give a strong impact, so as not to break or damage.

Do not use the edge of the damaged or broken goods.

Do not put in the iron pot or heat insulation.
