Casing gas recovery unit

Brief introduction:

Casing gas recovery unit is a set of gas compression device, which is installed on the beam pumping unit, by the power of pumping unit,Inject the compressed gas to the treatment station for centralized treatment and recovery. For the recovery of casing gas, makes the casing pressure decrease,working fluid level rises,submergence depth increase,reduce the return pressure to the fluid level, Amplifies the pressure difference of production, oil casing annulus fluid containing gas are greatly reduced, which can overcome the "gas lock", to achieve the effect of single well of increasing liquid oil.

Major function and Characteristic:

1.Improve the efficiency of the down-hole device;

2. Reduce the back pressure;

3.   Reduce the bottomhole assembly; 

4.  Reduce down-hole device air lock;

5.  To eliminate the torch or outside, reduce the pollution of the environment;

6.  Casing gas through the pipeline, the output to treatment station for recycling.

Equipment structure:

The casing gas recovery unit is constitute by booster pump,connecting pipeline,bracket,pressure gauge,flow meter and valve. The booster pump content then: air cylinder,piston,sealing,suction and exhaust ect. The lower part of air cylinder blocked with the bracket, the top of the piston rod blocked with the pumping beam.
