This machine included 3 parts: Tube welder, Top welder and Bottom welder.

1. Tube welder machine is special for hot air weld liquid filter tube(body),it is adopted electrical heating let the heat quantity transfer to welder point on welder table. Through welder point, filter tube can be heat sealed, shaped, solidified then filter tube is ready.
2. Top welder machine is ultrasonic machine which can welding and riveting, it has horizontal adjustment function, it is easy for install mould, it also has current over loading protector which can cooperate with automatic system that production efficiency is high and quality is good.
3. Bottom welder machine can weld two type:

(1).”V” type ---- which need weld twice can be shaping.

(2) “U” type ---- which only need once can be shaping.

Now these machines are widely used in liquid filter bag making industrial, these replaced traditional sewing machine, and can save lots of labor cost and the most important is can improve productivity that bring more profit to you.
