Step 1: Dimensions & Structure measurement

Tools: seam structure analytic instrument, calippers, height gauge, contact height gauge, electronic scale, etc.

DiMENSIONAL DRAWING

Critical dimensions are tested by professional precision intruments in the quality control process.

Step 2: Leak test

Tools: Firstly 100% automatic leak test machines, and random inspection of water bath leak test as double check process.

Step 3: Pressure test

1. SAILON Tinplate Printing & Can Making Co., Ltd., is a large professional aerosol can manufacturer that is located in China’s economic hot land - Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It provides convenient transportation under the support of several thruways, high-speed rail and the Sanshui port.

2. SAILON combines tinplate trading, metal printing & can-making in one. We have maintained stable long-term cooperation relationship with the iron & steel corporations at home and abroad. Moreover, our factory covers an area of about 40,000 square meters and have seven automotive aerosol can production lines to produce at least 150 million can per year to meet customers' demand.

1. Can I get free samples?

Yes, we provide free samples, but you need to pay the freight cost.

2. Can I get a price list?

We do not provide a price list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As you may know, the prices can be effected by several factors, such as material thickness, product shape, size, order quantity, print colors,etc. Meantime, the tinplate material prices would be floating and chageable. So please provide the detailed specification of your cans for us to quote the best prices to you.

3. What artwork file formats are acceptable?

You may get your design artwork ready in format of CDR, AI or PDF.
