Softshell inserts at wither, front shoulder and gussets make the rug soft around sensitive areas. Neck has inserts of foam at each side, to "lift" the rug a little from the horse's body. This helps to give more freedom of movement and prevents chafing. Velcro straps at both sides of the neck for additional adjustment. In addition there are two small gussets in front for leg movement.
