High quality Farrowing crate for pig

Please check following for the details of this set of Pig Farrowing crate:

1.     In regard to the material: The Farrowing crate can be made of round steel or round tube. This one is made of round tube.

For this set of Farrowing crate, the back door can be adjusted per the size of sow (please check the picture, there are holes on the plate).

Also, there is long slot on the foot, which makes it more convenient to adjust the width of crate (please check the picture).

The long adjustable bar can also be adjusted per the size of piglet, which makes it more convenient for piglet to eat milk (please check the picture, there are holes on the bar).

There is door lock pin on the back of PVC Plank fence, which is very convenient.

2.     The size of the crate is 2400mm*1800mm.

3. The fence of the Farrowing crate can be PVC plank or metal. It also can be PVC plank add square tube just like this one.

4. In regard to the casting iron and plastic floor, we have different specifications and colors.

The existing size of plastic floor is 400mm*600mm, 500mm*600mm, 600mm*600mm, 700mm*600mm and so on. The material is PP. The load capacity of each rib is 200KG.

The existing size of casting iron floor is 600mm*700mm, 700mm*700mm, 600mm*600mm and so on. The material is QT450. The surface treatment is black dipped paint. The load capacity of each rib is 600kg.

5. In regard to feeder, we use stainless steel rotatable piglet feeder, which is very convenient to clean.

The sow feeder is a kind of dry-wet feeder. There is nipple drinker on the bottom of feeder. We can also offer the separate water tube with nipple drinker for sow (Please check it on the side crate). Its height can be adjusted, which is very convenient for sow to drink.

6. In regard to the beam, we use FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic) beam for this set of Farrowing crate. But it’s an old sample. We suggest using the galvanized sheet one for the sow position.
