2.  Equipment features:

 

1>, Dehydration and degassing function:

(1), The equipment uses the large displacement of the vacuum pump vacuum system, not only ensure that the water vapor and other gases quickly ruled out; but also ensure that the entire system has been maintained at a very low pressure conditions to work.

(2), adopts the international advanced technology of the short-run film evaporation and molecular separation technology, can rapidly remove large amounts of water in oil, meanwhile can effectively remove trace moisture in oil, so that the water content in oil after treatment will less than 100ppm.

 

2>, An exceptionally strong ability of filtering out impurities.

The equipment is equipped with progressive encryption level filtering system. The primary filter and secondary filters are made of the stainless steel I-shaped network imported from Japanese, can be repeatedly cleaned and used to reduce the operating costs of equipment; fine filter use polymer filter imported from the United States, whose high precision and carrying a large amount of pollutant, can effectively remove the fine particulate impurities in oil, so that the cleanliness level of oil after treatment up to NAS6 (NAS1638 level) or above.

(2), when the degree of vacuum in the system up to -0.08, the vacuum pressure controller gives the signals to the PLC central processor, after treated by PLC central processor then pass on to implementation components for work.

(3), when the oil temperature reaches the point set by thermostat controller, the thermostat signals then the heater controller stop working, instead, the heating can continue;

(4), heater and inlet pump are chained, that is when the inlet pump runs then the heating can carry out;

(5), Outlet pump and oil lever automatic controller carry out the control, when oil is too much, and the oil in the vacuum separator reached the high oil level point set by automatic control instrument, solenoid valve shut down, and equipment stops oil-taking;when the oil level lower than the control point, the solenoid valve is open for oil entering the vacuum separator.

(6), solenoid valve for oil supply with the automatic control instrument carry out control, when the oil is too much in the vacuum separator, and oil level reached the control point set by high oil level automatic control instrument, solenoid valve closed, equipment stop oil entry vacuum separator; when the oil level below than the control point, the solenoid valve open for the oil supply.

(7), The equipment after a period of work, vacuum water cooling system will store some water, when water level reach the control point, the liquid level controller will send signal, accordingly the electromagnetic will automatically closing or opening to release water; when the releasing time up to the limited time, accordingly the electromagnetic automatically open or close, thus completing the on-line operation of automatic water release;

(8),The protection control point of the pressure controller is set as  0.4Mpa when out of the factory, when oil pump pressure achieve the set point ,the alarm machine will warning  and stop working;

3. Working principle:

When the equipment starts working, the oil firstly go through the oil mouth into prefilter, large impurity particles were retained; and the oil after primary filtering entry the heater for heating to enhance the mobility of oil and prompt the next treatment process; then the heated oil under pressure to enter the special personalized of water segregator, , and it uses the advanced international hydrophilic, hydrophobic separation inside, rapidly  remove the large amounts of water contained in oil; then  the oil continue into the secondary filter under pressure, and filtering the fine particulate impurities; after that the oil enter the low pressure vacuum separator, and its use Molecular Separation Technology principle to carry out the transformer analysis of oil, and to eliminate inter-molecular bonding, so that the dissolved water, free water, dissolved gas and free gas in oil be out quickly through  ruptured oil slick; use short-range  thin-film  evaporation technology for vacuum detain the water and flash three-dimensional evaporation; these water vapor and other gases under at a very low pressure are quickly discharged by vacuum pump, thus completing the oil dried degassed dehydration. The oil after degassed and dewatered through the oil pump flow into the fine filter, and filtering the impurities, finally the oil out of the mouth is clean oil.

The high-temperature water vapor and other gases evaporate in the vacuum separator through the three processes: condenser, heat exchange and coolers cooling, most of the gas was restored to the water and stored in reservoirs, then be removed. The dry gas after cooling and dehumidifying is pump out by the vacuum pump, so as to protect vacuum pumps.
