RZL-B series oil purifiers are suitable especially for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil this kind of oil purifier can purify contaminated lubrication in which much water, gas and many impurities exist. RZL series can rapidly remove water, gas, particular matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.
It is especially suitable for industries including petroleum, chemical, mine, metallurgy, power, traffic, mechanical manufacture and railway for the recovery and purification of various lubricating oil such as hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, cooling oil, refrigerating oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel oil and heat treatment oil.

1. Device performance:
RZL-B Special lubricating oil purifier series make use of the physical means, and rapidly remove a lot of water, impurities and gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc.) and other harmful component under the premise of no affection of oil composition and performance. It can effectively guarantee the normal operation of oil equipment. At the same time, improve the life cycle of equipment, and avoid accidents.
2. Equipment features:
1>.Dehydration and degassing is very strong.
(1)The equipment uses large displacement of the vacuum pump vacuum system, to ensure that the vapor and other gases in the oil can be removed quickly; but also to ensure that the entire system has been working at a very low pressure conditions.
(2)adopts the international advanced technology of the short-film evaporation and molecular separation technology, rapidly remove the large amounts of water contained in oil, while the effective removal of trace moisture in oil, so that moisture content in oil after treated by the equipment is lower than 100ppm.

The equipment uses Progressive encryption filtering system settings. The primary and secondary filters are made of stainless steel twill mesh imported from Japanese, can be cleaned and used repeatedly to reduce the operating costs of equipment; fine filter uses polymer filter imported from the United States, it is high precision, and can carry a large amount of pollutant, can effectively remove the fine particulate impurities in the oil, so that the oil cleanliness level after treatment can be up to NAS6 (NAS1638 level) or above.

3. Working principle:
When the equipment starts working, the oil firstly through the heater from oil mouth for heat exchange heat, to enhance the mobility of oil and prompt the next treatment process; then the heated oil under pressure to enter in the profiler, large impurity particles were retained; and the oil after primary filtering re-entry the special personalized of water segregator, and it uses the advanced international hydrophilic, hydrophobic separation inside, rapidly remove the large amounts of water contained in oil; then the oil continue into the secondary filter under pressure, and filtering the fine particulate impurities; after that the oil enter the low pressure vacuum separator, and its use Molecular Separation Technology principle to carry out the transformer analysis of oil, and to eliminate inter-molecular bonding, so that the dissolved water, free water, dissolved gas and free gas in oil be out quickly through ruptured oil slick; use short-range thin-film evaporation technology for vacuum detain the water and flash three-dimensional evaporation; these water vapor and other gases under at a very low pressure are quickly discharged by vacuum pump, thus completing the oil dried degassed dehydration. The oil after degassed and dewatered through the oil pump flow into the fine filter, and filtering the impurities, finally the oil out of the mouth is clean oil.
The high-temperature water vapor and other gases evaporate in the vacuum separator through the condenser, heat exchange; coolers cooling three processes, most of the gas was restored to the water and stored in reservoirs, then removed. The dry gas after cooling and dehumidifying is pump out by the vacuum pump, so as to protect vacuum pumps.
4. Systems of equipment
(1) Filtration systems:
Equipment use progressive encryption filtration system, so that the cleanliness of final oil-treated up to NAS 6 level (NAS1638) or above.
(2) Heating system:
Heating system is made up of the heater, temperature controller, temperature sensors and other components; the oil to be treated under pressure flow through the heater for heat exchange heating, heat load of the heating tube surface is 1.5Kw / cm2, after heating the flow of oil is increased and water in oil keep on boiling, which is good for the next step- water evaporation in oil.

(3) Vacuum system:
Vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator, vacuum pumps, condensate coolers and other components; vacuum separator with models to match the evaporation unit, thereby enhancing the evaporation area, and ensure the full evaporation of oil, at the same time give full consideration to the design of gas flow characteristics, be conducive to the gas rapidly out of the vacuum source, vacuum pumping speed capability is water vapor evaporation, and more than double of the gas volume, thus ensuring that the oil will not be secondary pollution, at the same time to ensure that the system is in a state of extremely low pressure work.
(4) Automatic control and protection systems:
Automatic control system consist of the sensors, the implementation components (motor, solenoid valve, etc.), control components and protection components parts, etc.
a), when the device power line short circuit or current overload, the power protection parts will start and cut off power supply to stop working, so as to protect the safety equipment;
b) When the oil temperature reaches the set point of thermostat controller, the thermostat signals and the heater controller will stop working, instead, the heating will continue;
c) Heater pumps and oil drain pump are chained, and only when the oil drain pump is running that the heating will carry out;
d)The oil pump is automatically controlling the access of oil, when the oil in the vacuum separator reached the point of high oil level of automatic instrument control, the oil pump will automatically starting to discharging the oil, when the oil level achieve a low oil level , the pump will automatically stop, and the equipment stops discharging oil.
e) oil solenoid valve and oil pump automatic oil level control instrument to control, when the oil entering the vacuum separator pump reaches the high oil level of automatic control instrument control point, oil solenoid valve closed, and the equipment to stop oil supply; when the oil in vacuum separator below the pump oil level of high oil level control point, the electromagnetic open the oil supply.
f) The equipment after a period of work, vacuum water cooling system will be stored some water, when water level reach the control point, the liquid level controller will send signal, accordingly the electromagnetic will automatically closing or opening to release water; when the releasing time up to the limited time, accordingly the electromagnetic automatically open or close, thus completing the on-line operation of automatic water release; g)The protection control point of the pressure controller is set as 0.4Mpa when out of the factory, when oil pump pressure achieve the set point ,the alarm machine will warning and stop working;
(5) Condensate and Cooling system:
The system consists of the cooler, storage components, etc. The water vapor from Separator vacuum evaporation and other gases, when they through the media cooler , these humid heat gas and the retardarce exchange cooler carry on heat exchange, moist air will be cooled into water (the water is stored in reservoir inside) and dry air, to protect the vacuum pump.
