JNC SERIES Waste Engine Oil Re-Refining To Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Machinery can be used in different kinds of black engine oil,crude oil,plastic oil and shale oil,to get diesel and gasoline through distilled catalyst.

Pump  the waste oil into the heater,and heat it to its working temperature via coal or fuel oil,gas.

The maximum working temperature is about 410 degrees.

The requireed diesel and gasoline can be obtained after catalytic distillation.

When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete,the machine will stop heating automatically,after that we can just remove the residue from the bottom of the tank and then it can be used again.

Reaction tank:waste oil will be pumped into this tank from the primary filter

Heating system: by burning coal or fuel we can work the oil temperature up to setting value.This system equips with insulation system as well.

Catalytic system: waste oil reaches the expected temperature,via catalytic effect,and the gaseous hydrocarbons become gasoline and diesel compositions.

Cooling system: after the catalytic effect,the gasoline and diesel compositions will be condensed into liquid materials.

Temperature control system: to make sure the waste oil transformed into gasoline and diesel.When the waste oil is dried by distillation,it can stop heating timely.

Tail gas handling system: through tail gas system,a small amount of unliquefied gas left can meet emission standards.

THE RECOVERY OUTPUT RATE

Diesel:  86%-88%

Gasoline:  5%-6%

Oil Residue:  6%-8% ( which can be used as bitumen,the raw material for cement and bricks or heating fuel just as coal,after being cooled off to normal temperature )

7 Currently on the market, the distillation is based on coil heating, due to the temperature which can’t meet the technical requirements, the oil yield only achieve to 65%.

This kind of heating mode will make it easy to scale. More importantly, it needs high temperature pump which is expensive and easily breakable. These weaknesses mean you need high cost of frequent replacement after.
