1,Useages and characteristics:
Useages: KL series can not only rapidly remove water, gas such as acetylene, hydrogen, and methane,
impurities, and other harmful composition in phosphate fire-resistant oil; but also effectively remove oil acid and pigment, so that the indicators of purified oil basically reach a new oil standard.
Characteristics: KL series use pure physical approach for dehydration, degassing, deacidification, decolorization and impurity removal treatment, which does not affect the oil and service performance. At the same time, it sets the precision oil filter, efficient dewatering, degassing, a three-dimensional vacuum evaporation technology and automatic control technology in one. It is simple to operate and runs safely and reliably. It can effectively guarantee the normal operation of oil equipment to avoid the accident.
1) The equipment contact parts with the oil pipelines and the tanks all using stainless steel (2Cr13) materials which is non-miscibilitywith oil, andall seals parts are the fluorine-containing and non-miscibility material.
2) Designed to take full account of phosphoric acid fuel characteristics of fire resistant oil, low temperature operation, a purely physical purification, will not bring any damage to the oil.
3) Its has strong ability to filter out impurities. The use of composite filter material with a microporous structure, can endure high temperature and corrosion. Mechanizing level is very high and it can be used for a long time. It is also deep-seated to filter out fine particles.
4) Dehydration and degassing. Equipment using a special personalized coalescence separator to break emulsification in the processing, rapidly removes large amounts of water in oil; At the same time, large-displacement vacuum pump will do the vacuum handling to ensure that water vapor and other gases can be removed swiftly;
5) Deacidification and decolourization are obvious. Equipment using the efficient adsorbent for acid removal and decolorization treatment, can effectively remove the pigment and acid in oil.
6) Equipment protection devices are well-established. Through the implementation of protection by the original equipment on temperature, pressure, vacuum, power off, super-pressure, under-voltage, overload protection, can effectively guarantee the normal operation of equipment to prevent the accident.
7) The operation is simple and reliable, to realize the completely unmanned operation.
8) Separator of the vacuum evaporation of high-temperature heat of water vapor and other gases in addition to condensation of water, dried, and enhance the effective output power of devices, greatly extending the service life of vacuum pump.
2. Working principle:
When equipment starts working, oil under pressure internal and external firstly goes through the mouth into the primary filter, large particles and impurities being filtered out; then the oil after the first filter is pumped into the second filter by the oil pump, filtering out the fine particles and impurities; oil under pressure continues into the separator coalescence, removing large amounts of water in oil; then oil enters the heater for heat exchange heating; After heating the oil continues to go into a very low vacuum pressure separator, where separator firstly forms the oil mist, and then form a film to make its contact area expand to a few hundred times of the original one. The water is rapidly vaporized and discharged from the vacuum system on the condition of high-heat , high vacuum, the large surface, and high pumping speed; after dehydration and degassing the oil passes oil transfer pump into the fine filter for removal of particulate impurities; oil continues to enter the ultra-particulate filter under pressure, whose inside is the filter material with composite microporous structure. The ultra-particulate filter can effectively filter out super fine grain impurities in oil. Then the oil flowing from output port is purified oil, and thus the whole process of oil purification is finished.
If the oil need deacidification and decolorization, the oil after dehydration, degassing pass oil transfer pump into a regenerator, which is equipped with high-performance sorbent for decolorizing and deacidification, can effectively remove the acidic substances and pigments in oil; then the oil continue to enter ultra-particulate filter for filtering of the ultrafine particles impurities.
3. Equipment system
1,Filtration systems: equipment uses progressive encryption level filtration system, so that cleanliness of oil after treatment up to NAS 6 (NAS1638) or above.
2,Heating systems: heating system is consisted of the heater, temperature controller, temperature sensors and other components; the oil to be processed under pressure flows through the heater for heat exchange heating.Heat load of heating tube surface is 1.5Kw / c. The flow of oil is enhanced and water is boiled by heating, which is good for the next step---water evaporation in oil. The temperature controller can be real-time monitoring temperature for treating system, and control the heater working in a set temperature range to achieve the goal of protecting equipment and personnel safety.
3,vacuum systems: vacuum system is consisted of a vacuum separator, vacuum pumps, condensate coolers and other components. Vacuum separator has evaporation unit which can match the model, so as to enhance the evaporation area and ensure the full evaporation of oil, while the design is full considered and is conducive for gas to be rapidly extracted by the vacuum source. The capability of vacuum pumping speed is more than two times of the water vapor and gas, thus ensuring that the oil will not be secondary polluted, at the same time to ensure that the system works in a state of extremely low pressure.
4, Automatic control and protection system: automatic control system is consisted of the sensors, the implementation of components (motor, solenoid valve, etc.), control components, and the protection of components parts, etc.
1) When the power line shortens circuit or current overload, the power protection components works and cuts off power supply to stop the equipment working, so as to protect the equipment;
2) When the degree of vacuum in the system is up to -0.08, the vacuum pressure controller gives the signal, and then the inlet pump starts;
3)When the oil temperature reaches the point set by thermostat controller, the thermostat signals makes the heater controller stop working, instead, the heating can continue;
4) Heater and inlet pump are chained, so that when the inlet pump runs the heating can carry out;
5)Outlet pump and oil lever automatic controller carry out the control, when oil is too much, and the oil in the vacuum separator reaches the high oil level point set by automatic control instrument, solenoid valve shuts down, and equipment stops oil-taking;when the oil level is lower than the control point, the solenoid valve will open for oil entering the vacuum separator.
6)Solenoid valve for oil supply with the automatic control instrument carries out control, when the oil is too much in the vacuum separator, and oil level reaches the control point set by high oil level automatic control instrument, solenoid valve will close and the equipment will stop oil entry vacuum separator; when the oil level is below the control point, the solenoid valve will open for the oil supply.
7)The pressure protection control point of the pressure controller is set as 0.4Mpa when out of factory, and when the pressure of mouth achieves the set point, the whole machine will stop working and give alarms.
5 Condensate and cooling system: it is consisted of the coolers and storage components, etc. When water vapor and other gases from vacuum separator go through the media cooler, the humid and heated gas exchanges for heat with block medium cooler, moist air is condensed back to water (the water is stored in reservoir) and the dry air, so as to protect the vacuum pump.
